Cancellation & Late Arrival Policy A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service. Please arrive on time for your appointment. A 15-minute grace period is allowed. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show and subject to a 50% service fee.
